Why have you chosen these clothes for the photo shoot?

My day to day look is very casual so I chose a trilby and blazer to instantly smarten up an informal outfit. Ive chosen a Breton top from Joseph, which is my signature style at the moment, along with my MiH jeans. Cropped jeans are going to be huge for spring 2011 and Ive teamed them with my Russell & Bromley brogues as the masculine look is really in at the minute and I like to keep my look on trend. I adore my beautiful purple Alexa Mulberry handbag, as this colour is big this season. I dont like necklaces so I tend to accessorise with a scarf, this one is by Malene Birger which is stocked in my absolute favourite shop, Marianna Boutique in Ipswich.

Are they typical of your day-to-day wear?

I like to look smart yet approachable for work, so maybe at the weekend I would change to a leather biker jacket and some high ankle boots. Ive never been into frills and fuss, so I would say this is a classic look for me.

If money was no object what would you wear?

Id love a wardrobe full of Balenciaga, Isabel Marant, Balmain and Christian Louboutin! I do think its important to mix up designers and high street pieces. I would never dress top to toe in designer as I think that way you lose your unique, personal style.

Whats the most outlandish outfit in your wardrobe?

On a recent night out in London I went out in sequin hot pants and a faux fur coat! In London you get complimented on wearing something a little bit avant garde, whereas I wouldnt be comfortable dressing like that in Suffolk.

Where do you buy your underwear?

For my age and size I have a huge choice on the high street, so I usually buy from La Senza, Topshop or Knickerbox, though I do like to spoil myself with a set from Agent Provocateur occassionaly.

Do you judge people by their clothes?

I appreciate somebody with an individual style as clothes are a form of expression. It may not be to my taste but if the person loves their look, thats great! I do however think there is no excuse to look unkept and manicured nails and a great hair cut can make a real difference!

Do you have a style role model?

Without sounding too clichd, it would have to be Kate Moss. She is one of the most influential women in the fashion business she sets the trends yet always has her own distinct signature look.

Its early in 2011 so what do you think is going to be the look this year fashion-wise?

Colour is the story of the season, brights such as tangerine, acid pink and cobalt blue are everywhere. Florals, stripes and 1970s influences are also really strong this season. The full length skirt has made a big comeback but Im not sure I will be sporting this trend.

Who cuts your hair?

I am forever changing my hair as its such an easy way to achieve a new look. I religiously go to my two favourite hairdressers, David at Hocleys and Kat at Baiss & Co who are both fabulous!
