We're out and about in all parts of the county this month
The weather is getting warmer, the days are longer now is the time to get out and enjoy the best of Suffolk. In this issue we feature the big outdoor events in the county this summer from HighTide, and the soon to start Bury Festival, to Latitude, Pulse, the Aldeburgh and Snape festivals, plus those concerts in the forest at High Lodge, near Brandon, and also Newmarket Nights near the racecourse.
Still outdoors we focus on camping in the county, picking out some really good sites to visit, and our fashion section looks at outfits to wear by the water, or at one of those festivals weve mentioned.
This might also be the time when you want to drive out to some of our picturesque country hostelries. We pick out some gastropubs that serve up mouthwatering food and ales in lovely surroundings.
Theres also a peep inside a beautiful walled garden near Ixworth
When you add in insightful interviews with the classical singing star Katherine Jenkins (she is coming to Ipswich later this summer) racing driving legend Stirling Moss, world-famous percussionist Evelyn Glennie, a dancing star from Strictly Come Dancing, and former Ipswich Town favourite James Scowcroft it makes for a great springtime read.
