Suffolk is beautiful all year round but there is something about springtime that really makes it special. The sun has started to shine, flowers begin to bloom and the landscape comes to life. Here are 18 photos that capture Suffolk’s beauty in spring

1. As the weather starts to get warmer Suffolk’s already incredible vistas come to life with colour, like this panorama in Shottisham.

2. The footpaths and roads suddenly become inviting stretches for long walks and explorations in the countryside.

3. They’re perfect for getting some fresh air with the dog (and maybe stopping for a few pints of ale on the way home!)
