Nominate your favourite Suffolk food and drink products, producers, chefs and restaurants in the Eat Suffolk Food & Drink Awards 2020

We're celebrating the county's food and drink industry in 2020 with the Eat Suffolk Food & Drink Awards and we need your help.

Each year the awards recognise the outstanding acheivements of the people in Suffolk who grow, rear, prepare, cook, some of the best food and drink you'll taste and buy anywhere in the country.

This year, we're delighted to welcome as our headline sponsor Bidfood, a major supplier of quality ingredients to the region's hospitality industry.

Bidfood is also sponsoring the Young Chef of the Year award, one of a range of awards for chefs and restaurants, cafes and teashops, independent retailers and producers, new businesses, established businesses, people and organisations that deserve to be honoured as the best of Suffolk.

You probably come across them every day, so why not tell us about them? Or if you're part of this brilliant industry why not have a go at entering? You deserve to be recognised and rewarded.

Nominate via the dedicated awards website at It's simple and straightforward and there are several different categories to choose from.

Judging will be carried out by a panel of independent expert judges, specially selected for their knowledge and experience of the food and drink industry. Sponsors are also invited to judge the awards, as they bring their own skills, expertise and experience to what is a rigorous process.

The results will be announced in front of an audience of more than 250 people from all sectors of the industry at a celebratory dinner at The Apex, Bury St Edmunds on Monday April 27, 2020. What are you waiting for?
