Winner: The Lighthouse Restaurant
The judges commented that The Lighthouse thrives on excellent service and the judges were made to feel very welcome. The menu was exciting with healthy options and there was excellent wines to choose from by the glass, the judges complimented the staff on their accommodating nature.
Highly commended: Trongs
The judges felt relaxed and welcome at Trongs and enjoyed the stylish but professional service they received. Judges commented on how polite and friendly the staff were and complimented Trongs on the timing of the meal and the food being very well presented.
Highly commended: Wentworth Hotel and Restaurant
The judges enjoyed the ambience and surroundings of the Wentworth Hotel. The judges commented that it would be a lovely venue for a larger party for formal suppers/lunches. The Wentworth was complimented on the very good wine menu and the judges described coffee in the lounge area after the meal as a very pleasant end to their visit.
