The Judges described James’ starter as perfectly cooked with wonderful flavours, the main course was noted to have a perfect flavour combination and the dessert - just amazing!

Highly Commended: Alexander Aitchison – The Queen

The Judges described Alex’s starter as wow! The spring colours involved in the dish were sublime. The main course was described as lovely and the dessert was a joy! All dishes were simply but beautifully presented, a worthy finalist.

Highly Commended: Trevor Clark – Formerly at the Royal Norfolk and Suffolk Yacht Club
