The two chefs will be performing at Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds on September 30 and also hosting a private reception after the show

Back by popular demand, an evening of live cooking and entertainment with East Anglia’s leading culinary duo. Galton Blackiston is the Michelin-starred chef at the acclaimed Morston Hall Hotel in Norfolk.

With ‘frustrated entertainer’ (and excellent cook) Neil Alston, they are an established team, renowned for their down-to earth manner and ingeniously simple dishes.

A firm TV favourite, Galton has three cookery books, and is about to release his fourth – Hook Line Sinker: A Seafood Cookbook, a collection of recipes created through his lifelong love affair with seafood.

Together on stage, Galton and Neil will use locally-produced ingredients in recipes that the audience can go home and cook themselves with the same results. This is a lively interactive and fun evening not to be missed.

Additionally a small number of tickets are available to join Galton and Neil after the show for a drink at a private reception, where you can taste some of their fine cooking. Tickets for this are £15.

Tickets range from £10 to £26. All proceeds go towards supporting the Theatre Royal.
